Quantitative Imaging for Systems Biology

The Oxford Centre for Integrative Systems Biology is hosting a 3 day conference on "Quantitative Imaging for Systems Biology" from Wednesday 16th to Friday 18th December 2009 at St Catherine's College, Oxford.

Advanced in vivo imaging techniques - Angus Silver (UCL, UK)
Quantitative microscopy of biological samples - Gerard Marriott (Berkeley, USA)
Obtaining quantitative data from microscopy images - Erik Meijering (UMC, Rotterdam, The Netherlands)
Storing and curating imaging data - Jason Swedlow (Dundee, UK)
Applying quantitative imaging to systems biology - Victor Sourjik (ZMBH, Heidelburg, Germany)
