Scottish Bioinformatics Forum, Edinburgh, Scotland

The first draft definition of the Systems Biology Markup Language (SBML) was produced over the summer 2000. It was originally distributed to the groups collaborating with the ERATO Kitano Symbiotic Systems project team, and many iterations later it became the format we all know and love today. To celebrate ten years of SBML, we are holding a special symposium on September 9th 2010 in Edinburgh, immediately after the COMBINE meeting and before ICSB 2010.

The event is open to all.
