Dear all,

On behalf of the local organizing committee, as well as the Co-chairs of ICSB 2015, we are deeply sorry to announce that this conference is cancelled due to financial crisis.

Since December 2013, we have been working hard to push forward the conference planning progress. We have already invited about 30 speakers to fulfill the conference program. We have attracted 5 workshop organizers to co-chair the workshop conference days. We have established the conference official website and the registration/abstracts submission system. We have made marketing promotion though scientific media, and distribute flyers on other Systems Biology conferences. We have launched several rounds of EDM distribution to more than 4000 email addresses. We have reached out more than 100 potential sponsors/exhibitors.

However, with all the efforts above, our financial income from registration and sponsorship so far are still far below our expectation, which could not afford the cash flow for essential/basic expenses on this conference, i.e. venue deposit, website maintenance. Thus after struggling with the finance crisis for several months, we sincerely regret that the ICSB2015 could not go any further. Appreciated to all those involved in the conference organizing for your considerable contributions.

For those who have proceeded the payment for the registration fee, we will contact you soon and start refund procedures. We deeply apologize to all your inconveniences and appreciated for your understanding!
